Rev. Jeramy Smith
Rev. Smith has served in ministry for over 30 years, faithfully leading and teaching in a variety of roles. A native of Gordo, Alabama, he developed a passion for both faith and learning early in life. He attended the University of Alabama, where he earned a double major in Religious Studies and Computer Science, along with minors in Psychology and Mathematics. He later went on to complete a Master in Theological Studies, followed by a PhD in Sacred Theology and a Doctorate of Divinity.
In addition to his ministry, Rev. Smith is an Instructor of Computer Science at Bevill State Community College, teaching at the Pickens County College and Career Center. His unique background allows him to bridge faith and technology, equipping students with both practical skills and life wisdom.
Beyond the classroom and pulpit, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys reading, studying, hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. His life reflects a commitment to God, a love of knowledge, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of creation.
